We are a group of IT students from various corners of the world, united by a shared belief: technology should be accessible, free, and helpful to everyone. During our university years, we noticed that many powerful online tools were either expensive, bloated with ads, or required personal data that felt unnecessary. So we decided to build our own.
What started as a small university project in 2024 quickly became a mission. Late nights in dorm rooms, endless cups of coffee, and countless debugging sessions later, we launched the first version of Web Tools. Our goal was simple: create a set of everyday utilities – from PDF editors to image converters – that are private, fast, and completely free.
Every tool on this site runs locally in your browser (except for a few that use secure APIs), meaning your files never leave your device. We believe privacy is not a luxury – it’s a right.
We want to build a digital toolbox for humanity – a place where you can compress a PDF, remove a background, generate a QR code, or convert a video, all without worrying about subscriptions or privacy invasions. We’re constantly adding new features and improving existing ones. Every suggestion from you helps us grow.
